We have some major upgrades being carried out over the weekend that will deliver some important upgrades to the platform. Essentially all of our client data will be moved from US servers to the EU. Users will also see some improvements in the performance of the platform.
The work will take place on Saturday 27th and Sunday 28th May and the platform will be offline for all activities for between 4 to 8 hours. There are a couple of important points.
All users must update their apps to the latest version (v220.127.116.11) before they can use the migrated system. You can find out the version installed on your devices by checking the very bottom of the Settings Page.
If you’re using the app over the weekend do not upload completed apps; they should be saved to the app and uploaded on Monday.
